We are using SITE Logistics to organize all booth shipments for this event. Deadlines and Contact Details can be found in the Partner Manual (pages 8-9).

Delegate lists are provided by your Partnerships Director. Please contact them directly if you require an updated copy.

The exhibition will take place on the conference dates only:

Friday, August 28

Set Up Date & Time:

Wednesday, August 26

From 2pm

All exhibits must be setup by 7am on Thursday, August 27, ready for when the doors open. If you foresee any difficulty in meeting this deadline, please let your Event Manager know in advance.

Breakdown Times:

Friday, August 28

2pm

All exhibits must be broken down and packed up by 3:30pm on Friday, August 28. We respectfully ask that you do not breakdown before the last coffee break.

This information will be re-confirmed by your Event Manager closer to the conference.

Included In Your Booth  

• 6ft draped table
• 2 chairs
• Power access and Wi-Fi

Please Take Note: 

• If you would like to remove any booth inclusions (e.g. table and chairs), please let Roisin know via email (roisin.vincent@hansonwade.com).  
• If you require any AV, this can be requested through our AV supplier by also emailing Roisin.
• There is no shell scheme surrounding your booth so all stands must be self-supporting and there will not be any walls to attach posters to.
