Kritika Agrawal

Kritika represents the modern construction leader who bridges the gap between field execution and technology adoption. She brings a practical, people-first approach to VDC—focused on making processes clearer, coordination smoother, and digital tools easier for teams to use on real jobsites.

In her role as a Senior Virtual Design & Construction Manager at Clayco, Kritika supports complex project delivery, including high-pace data center environments. She helps teams establish repeatable workflows and collaboration standards so information moves quickly and consistently across project partners. She has also supported joint venture teams in setting up projects and access governance, helping teams align early and work securely from day one.

Kritika is equally committed to developing people. She manages and mentors VDC engineers and launched “Learn with VDC”—open office hours where anyone can drop in with challenges and get hands-on support, guidance, and solutions that can be applied immediately.
